Crystal is proud to serve on our local Canopy MLS Marketing and Communications Advisory Group and NC REALTORS Communications Committee for a second term. She has also earned the Commitment to Excellence Endorsement and the At Home with Diversity Certification from the National Association of Realtors.

 

Crystal is a Charlotte native who has seen the city undergo many changes over the years. She grew up and still resides in the east part of town which is known for it's wonderful restaurants and many local businesses. She is very familiar with Mecklenburg county and surrounding areas. She was raised exploring different neighborhoods around town and has many connections throughout the city. 

 

A lover of historic homes and buildings she enjoys researching and visiting different properties and small towns. She's excited to share her firsthand knowledge of the community with her clients, to begin helping her clients find their perfect home or assist in selling and starting a new chapter. As a Realtor® Crystal is dedicated to understanding each client's individual needs and offering options that make sense.

She has more than a decade's experience in healthcare and customer service which has taught her how to be an excellent communicator and problem solver. She works well in a fast paced, detail oriented environment and provides a calm, friendly demeanor while doing so. She's also a small business owner and artist who creates graphic designs and mixed media art.

When she's off the clock Crystal enjoys riding her bike at one of Charlotte's many greenways, grabbing a bite to eat with friends or going to see live local music. She's a lover of plants both indoor and out and also a caring cat mom. Crystal is a regular supporter of the Carolina Waterfowl Rescue and Humane Society.

I'm experienced as a seller and buyer agent which gives me the advantage of understanding every aspect of the transaction and predicting obstacles before they become an issue. I have a thirst for knowledge and have completed over 65+ hours in continued education related to real estate transactions, I also hold several designations. Because I'm so passionate about the industry, I've become involved in committees and associations at the local and state level. This has allowed me to form wonderful relationships with other agents not only in our area but nationwide."
